Lakeland signs three-year EPoS maintenance deal with Vista Retail Support

Lakeland, a retailer of homeware and kitchen products, has renewed its EPOS service and maintenance agreement with Vista Retail Support.

Vista will continue to support the retailer over the next three years across its 44 sites, providing service on 215 lanes of in-store EPOS, while also supporting 44 PCs in its Back Office environment.

Gary Marshall, Operations Director, Lakeland, said, “Our EPOS system is an essential part of our business. We need our systems running efficiently at all times. We chose to renew our contract with Vista due to the consistent level of service we have received over the last six years. Vista has a great understanding of the retail industry and understands the importance of great customer service within our market.”

He continued, “Vista has invested heavily in technology to further support and improve our service delivery. We have already seen the flexible and accommodating attitude towards the support of our till estate and look forward to continuing our relationship.”

John Copeman, Business Development Manager at Vista, said, “We are delighted that Lakeland has chosen Vista to renew its EPOS maintenance and service.
