James has been with the Company since April 1998 having come from a customer service role within the motor industry and joined Vista to help set up specific customer projects. Throughout Vista’s history James has been instrumental in the design and implementation of Vista’s service model. As Operations Director, James has responsibility for: Field Service, the Contact Centre, Technical Services, the Repair Centre and the Logistics and Service Delivery teams.
Prior to becoming Operations Director, James held the positions of Operations Manager and Repair Centre Manager within the Company.
